On February 9, an intellectual Meet-up dedicated to the discussion of the new draft of the Constitution was held at the Auezov District Community Center.
The event brought together Akhatai Yrysbek, Head of the University Office of Youth Policy, Sabina Embergenova, President of the Student Government, and active student Dana Rustembekova. Participants shared their perspectives on the key provisions of the document that will have a direct impact on the future of the country.
The meeting was conducted in an open dialogue format, encouraging young people to express their opinions freely, engage in critical thinking, and discuss constitutional reforms in a constructive and inclusive environment.
Objectives of the Meet-up:
— comprehensive discussion of the new draft Constitution;
— increasing civic engagement among young people;
— development of legal awareness and culture;
— creation of an open platform for dialogue and critical thinking through modern technologies;
— strengthening youth responsibility for the future of the nation.
During the discussion, participants addressed issues related to citizens’ rights and responsibilities, the role of youth in society, and the importance of democratic values in the context of ongoing reforms.
