At the M.Tynyshpaev ALT University, mentor Freedom Telecom Training Center Akysz Anuar delivered an engaging lecture titled «Wireless Internet Where There Are No Cables: Principles of FWA». Students learned in a simple and clear way how this technology provides internet access even to locations where fiber cannot be installed.
What is FWA in simple terms?
Anuar described FWA very plainly: it’s a way to deliver internet through a radio signal – without cables, quickly, and with solid speeds. An operator’s tower sends the signal, a small device at the customer’s location receives it, and the home gets stable internet almost like a wired connection. Because of how easy it is to deploy, FWA is widely used in suburban areas, private homes, industrial sites, and places where laying cables is too expensive or difficult.
At the end of the lecture, Anuar held a short quiz. Participants received chocolates for correct answers, and those who solved two of the most difficult questions won Freedom Telecom branded gifts – a mug and a tote bag.
Students noted that the lecture was simple, engaging, and practical. Akysz Anuar clearly demonstrated why FWA is becoming an important part of modern connectivity and how it brings internet access even to the most remote places.
