On November 12, 2025, ALT University held a seminar-training within the framework of the memorandum with the Youth Health Center of Almaty on the topics “Ludomania” and “Anxiety State”, conducted by clinical psychologist R.V. Marinets.
Students learned about the causes and symptoms of gambling addiction, the main types of anxiety disorders, and received practical recommendations for prevention and emotional self-regulation.
The event took place in an interactive format, with discussions and mindfulness exercises.
