The Office of Publication Activity is a structural unit of the University.

In accordance with the organizational structure of the University, the work of the Office of Publication Activity is supervised by the Director of the Department of Science and Innovation.

The Office of Publication Activity is a division that ensures the development of scientific publication activities, coordinates the work of university scientific journals and supports staff in the preparation and placement of scientific materials. His activities are aimed at improving the level of scientific research, promoting the results of the University’s scientific activities and strengthening its position in the academic community. Thus, the Office of Publication Activity is a key link in the University’s scientific communication system, ensuring the successful preparation, publication and dissemination of scientific materials, support for the research activities of staff and the promotion of research results at the national and international levels.

Main tasks:

• Assistance to University departments in organizing and improving the effectiveness of their scientific and scientific-technical activities.
• Improving the scientific level of the teaching staff.
• Organization and support of scientific works and services within the framework of the University’s publishing activities.
• The development of scientific research through the publication of scientific results in the journals “Bulletin of KazATK” and “International Journal of Advanced Logistics, Transport and Engineering”.
• Providing information and consulting support to University staff on issues of publication activity.

Main functions :

• Organization and coordination of the University’s scientific journals, including the definition of editorial policy.
• Assistance in the preparation and publication of original scientific articles and reviews in accordance with the subject of the publications.
• Organization of cooperation with Kazakhstani and foreign scientific journals and publishing houses.
• Ensuring the dissemination of scientific publications and timely updating of information about them on the University’s Internet portal.
• Interaction with printing houses and participation in the preparation of original layouts and the release of scientific editions, as well as representation of editorial interests in external organizations.
