The Office of Scientific Projects is a structural unit of the University.

In accordance with the organizational structure of the University, the work of the Office of Scientific Projects is supervised by the Director of the Department of Science and Innovation.

The office provides the development of scientific and technical potential, support of scientific projects at all stages of their implementation — from the idea to the result and further implementation. His responsibilities include the search and selection of innovative ideas, assistance to departments and employees in the design of project proposals, preparation of documentation and interaction with external and internal partners, and also acts as a key link in the implementation of the University’s scientific policy, contributing to the growth of scientific activity, strengthening external partnerships and increasing the competitiveness of scientific research.

Main tasks:

• Organization and support of scientific and scientific-technical activities of University departments, including the introduction of developments aimed at improving the efficiency of the transport complex and the economy as a whole.
• Organization and support of the implementation of international agreements within the framework of scientific and scientific-technical activities of the University.
• Development of partnership agreements and cooperation with international financing organizations and foundations.
• An increase in the number of contracts for the performance of scientific, scientific, technical and innovative works (services) for the University.
• Participation in grant financing competitions and information and consulting support for employees implementing innovative projects and scientific initiatives.

Main functions :

• Search for and support innovative ideas at the University.
• Training and advising employees on project implementation issues.
• Attracting external financing for the implementation of scientific and innovative projects.
• Monitoring and evaluation of project results, analysis of their effectiveness and development prospects.
• Organization of scientific events (conferences, seminars, etc.) for the exchange of experience and knowledge.
