The “Physics in Engineering Sciences” club on the basis of the Institute of Basic and Distance Education (IBDE) is dedicated to International Pi Day with an intellectual competition with the participation of student teams from universities in Almaty. The theme of the traditional “Pi-2024 competition: PHYSICS AND MATHEMATICS IN ENGINEERING” is held as part of the 2024 events of the first Kazakh engineer Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev

Participants: 1st year teams of six students (no more than 3 from one university).
Homework for teams: prepare a video presentation of the team (team, university, topic of the day and topic of the competition – visions about engineering physics and mathematics (maximum -3 min);
