The course will take place on October 9–10, 2025, at ALT University named after Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpaev, Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The main goal of the program is to enhance the leadership and professional competencies of university executives in the field of digital transformation and the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in education and science.
The program aims to explore current trends in modernization of higher education, study international best practices in AI integration, and develop practical solutions for universities.
The event will bring together representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Association of Higher Education Institutions of Kazakhstan, as well as experts from National Information Technologies JSC, Astana IT University, D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University, Qamalladin University, and other partner organizations.

- International experience and best practices of digital transformation
- Ethics and safety in AI applications
- Development of university digital strategies and practical use-cases
The training will combine presentations, panel discussions, interactive sessions, and practical workshops.
At the end of the course, participants will present their university’s digital transformation strategies. All attendees will receive certificates of completion.
