As part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goal “Decent Work and Economic Growth” On November 25, 2025, the Grand Conference Hall of M. Tynyshpaev ALT University hosted a job fair that brought together leading industry companies and students preparing to start their professional careers. The event, held with the support of the City Career Center, became an important platform for direct dialogue between employers and future specialists in the fields of transport, engineering, energy, manufacturing, IT, and business.
The job fair welcomed major companies of Kazakhstan, including: JSC «NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy», LLP «Doszhan Temir Zholy», LLP «Astana Motors Manufacturing Kazakhstan», JSC «KazdorNII», JSC «KazAvtoZhol», JSC «Alatau Zharyk Company», LLP «Integra Construction KZ», LLP «Kazh-Service», JSC «Imstalcon», LLP «Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan», JSC «Almaty Electric Stations», LLP «KAZ Minerals Management», LLP «Inkryze» of ShynLine Group, LLP «Solva Technology», LLP «BI Development», LLP «Shyngar Trans», LLP «AZTM», and other partners of the university. The companies presented a wide range of vacancies, internships, dual education opportunities, and career development pathways.
Throughout the day, students of different academic programs interacted with employers in the exhibition area according to the scheduled timetable. Each group had the opportunity to receive individual consultations, ask questions about job requirements, submit their resumes, and take part in preliminary interviews. Employers noted the strong academic preparation of ALT students and their sincere interest in professional growth.
Additionally, ShynLine conducted a career master class on writing an effective resume and successfully passing job interviews. Students received practical recommendations from company experts, helping them prepare for entering the job market.
At the end of the fair, organizers expressed gratitude to partner companies and held a drawing of branded merchandise. The event concluded with informal networking, where students and employers discussed cooperation prospects and opportunities for future career development.
The job fair at ALT University once again demonstrated its effectiveness as a bridge between education and industry. The university will continue strengthening partnerships and creating new opportunities for the successful professional start of its students.
