ALT University named after M. Tynyshpaev continues its systematic efforts to strengthen cooperation with leading companies in the transport, railway and energy sectors. As part of the development of partnership relations, working meetings were held between the University’s management and representatives and the management and specialists of Kamkor Locomotive, KEGOC and DAR RAIL directly at the enterprises’ facilities.

The main purpose of the meetings was to discuss promising areas of cooperation aimed at improving the quality of specialist training and strengthening the integration of the educational process with the real needs of the industry.

During the discussions, the participants considered the organization of industrial internships and practical training for students, the development of dual education, the involvement of company representatives in improving educational programs, the implementation of joint educational and industrial projects, as well as the creation of additional opportunities for students’ professional development and subsequent employment of graduates.

Particular attention was paid to the training of specialists who meet the modern requirements of the labor market. Cooperation with employers enables the University to take into account current production challenges and technological changes when developing educational programs and strengthening practice-oriented education.

Visits to the enterprises also became an important part of the working meetings. Familiarization with production processes and direct communication with company representatives made it possible to discuss prospects for cooperation at a practical level and identify areas for further joint work.

For ALT University, partnership with leading enterprises is one of the key tools for training highly sought-after specialists who possess fundamental knowledge, modern professional competencies and practical skills.

The University expresses its gratitude to the management and teams of Kamkor Locomotive, KEGOC and DAR RAIL for the open dialogue, hospitality and strong interest in developing long-term cooperation.

The meetings marked another important step toward strengthening interaction between education and industry. ALT University will continue to develop partnerships with industry companies, creating new opportunities for students and implementing joint initiatives aimed at strengthening the human resource potential of the transport and energy sectors.
