On December 8, 2025, an educational and methodological seminar on “Choosing a Learning Path and Reviewing Educational Programs in the Department of Transport Construction” was held at Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev ALT University. It was organized by the Department of Transport Construction.
Professor Saidburkhan Tulaganovich Jabbarov from Tashkent State Transport University (TashSTU) was invited as a guest to the seminar. Faculty and students of ALT University’s Department of Transport Construction participated in the seminar.
Tulemisov, PhD in Engineering and Associate Professor at ALT’s Department of Transport Construction, delivered a presentation. In his presentation, he outlined all 14 educational programs of higher and field-level education (bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral) that train personnel for transport construction, cadastral surveying, and urban planning. The following speakers took part in the discussions: Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of Tashkent State Technical University Jabbarov S.T., Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor ALT Ismagulova S.O., Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Bikhozhaeva G.S., Senior Lecturer Imankulova A.S. and students.
