From June 8 to June 12, 2026, ALT University is hosting the International Summer School 2026 for students of Urumqi Vocational University (China).
The program is organized within the framework of the cooperation agreement between ALT University named after Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpaev and Urumqi Vocational University. Fifteen students from the People’s Republic of China are participating in the program.
Throughout the five-day Summer School, participants will explore Kazakhstan’s culture, educational environment, and innovation ecosystem. The academic program includes lectures and workshops on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain Technologies, Digital Economy, and 3D Modeling.
Students will also gain hands-on experience through visits to ALT University’s modern laboratories and the Drone Operator Training School, where they will learn about advanced technologies and intelligent systems.
In addition to academic activities, the participants will take part in cultural and sightseeing tours, including visits to the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Medeu Sports Complex, and major landmarks of Almaty.
The Summer School 2026 aims to strengthen international cooperation, promote academic exchange, and foster intercultural dialogue between students from Kazakhstan and China.
