On October 15–16, 2026, the International Forum on Engineering and Technical Standards for Transport Infrastructure of China and Five Central Asian Countries took place in Shenzhen, China. ALT University was represented at the summit by G.K. Sergazin, Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation.
As part of the forum program, Chang’an University organized a specialized academic seminar featuring leading Chinese higher education institutions. The session focused on exploring emerging opportunities for scientific collaboration, knowledge exchange, and inter-university partnership development.
The seminar enabled participants to showcase their institutions’ scientific achievements, exchange academic expertise with international partners, and define priority areas for future collaboration. Key discussions centered on strengthening academic ties, scaling joint research initiatives, and implementing collaborative engineering projects.
The active participation of ALT University’s Vice-Rector in the Shenzhen forum and academic seminar advances the university’s internationalization strategy, solidifies strategic partnerships with Chinese educational and scientific organizations, and expands horizons for joint research operations.
