On June 20, 2025, Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation Zholdas Buribayev and Director of the Institute of Energy and Digital Technologies Ainur Toigozhinova participated in a roundtable for heads of educational institutions held within the framework of the Alliance of Guangzhou International Sister-City Higher Vocational Education.
The event took place in Guangzhou, People’s Republic of China, and was dedicated to the theme: “Vocational Education: Aligning Skill Development with Social Progress.”
The roundtable was organized by Guangzhou City Polytechnic, which serves as the chair of the Alliance. During the meeting, participants discussed issues of international cooperation in vocational education, shared experiences in implementing innovative approaches to workforce training, and learned about the achievements of sister cities in the field of vocational education.
The participation of ALT University representatives in this roundtable was an important step toward expanding international partnerships and integrating into the global educational space.
