As part of the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 15 “Life on Land,” students of ALT University took part in an environmental initiative aimed at greening natural areas, protecting the environment and promoting environmental awareness among young people.
This year, ALT University is celebrating its 95th anniversary. As part of this significant milestone, university students actively participated in a tree-planting campaign held in Kok-Zhailau within the framework of the Almaty Superski project.
During the environmental initiative, students contributed to the greening of the natural area, demonstrating a responsible attitude towards the environment and a commitment to protecting nature.
The tree-planting campaign aimed to increase environmental awareness among young people and promote the values of caring for nature and preserving green spaces.
Every sapling planted today is not only an act of care for nature, but also an important step towards creating a clean, green and sustainable environment for future generations.
