On November 25, 2025, the Military Affairs Institute of M. Tynyshpaev ALT University JSC hosted demonstration training sessions conducted by specialists from the Service Canine Department of the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The sessions covered the following topics:
- Search and detection of explosive and narcotic substances using service dogs.
The canine service officers demonstrated how specially trained dogs effectively perform tasks related to detecting prohibited substances. - Detention of a training offender.
A simulation scenario involving the detention of a mock offender was presented on the training ground. The service dog showcased well-practiced techniques of pursuit and target apprehension.
These demonstration sessions provided students of the Military Affairs Institute with an opportunity to gain deeper insight into the specifics of canine service work, expand their professional knowledge, and observe the practical application of service skills in conditions close to real situations.
