From February 3 to February 28, 2025, M. Tynyshpaev ALT University hosted the “Business Communication” training program for graduating students.
During the training, participants learned the fundamentals of business communication, self-presentation techniques, interview strategies, and key aspects of labor law. Special attention was given to practical exercises such as resume writing, interview simulations, and developing verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

🔹 Mayra Aldabekova – Entrepreneur, eco-activist, graduate of Alliance Manchester Business School, and business management expert.
🔹 Jamilya Zhakenova – HR specialist with over 10 years of experience, mediator, and lecturer with a background in leading international and Kazakhstani companies.
✅ Training Outcomes:
The training provided students with valuable knowledge and practical skills to confidently enter the job market, successfully pass interviews, and build a strong professional career.
At the end of the training, active participants were awarded certificates and branded merchandise from the University.
