On June 1, International Children’s Day, ALT University named after Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev organized a festive event entitled “Children’s Laughter – The Voice of Happiness” for the pupils of the Special Educational Organization under the Education Department of Almaty.
The main purpose of the event was to bring joy to children, encourage the development of their creative abilities, and raise public awareness of the shared responsibility to ensure every child’s right to a happy childhood.
During the celebration, the children participated in exciting games and creative activities. At the drawing area, they expressed their imagination through art, while dance performances and entertaining programs led by animators created a cheerful and memorable atmosphere. Sweet treats were distributed to all participants, and the day was filled with sincere smiles, positive emotions, and unforgettable moments.
This initiative contributes to the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.” Creating opportunities for the comprehensive development of children, showing care and support, and encouraging their active participation in society are essential foundations for building a just and sustainable community.
The genuine smiles and happy faces of the children became the greatest achievement of the event. Every act of kindness aimed at supporting the younger generation inspires trust, compassion, and hope in their hearts while strengthening the values of humanity and social responsibility.
May children’s laughter never fade, and may every day be filled with happiness, joy, and endless opportunities for growth and success!
