On September 12, 2025, within the framework of the Youth Emotional Resilience Program, ALT University held two trainings at Dormitory No. 3 (112 Maulenov Street) aimed at fostering healthy behavioral strategies, developing leadership qualities, and enhancing effective communication skills.

The sessions were conducted by two psychology specialists: Dariya Rakhimalievna Shabdenova, psychologist of ALT University, and Aigerim Talgatkyzy Aldibek, invited psychologist from a partner college. This collaborative format made it possible to combine the experience and professional approaches of two educational institutions.

📌 Training 1 focused on “Prevention of Self-Destructive Behavior, Leadership, Effective Communication.” Participants received practical recommendations on developing leadership potential, building constructive communication, and preventing destructive behavioral patterns.

📌 Training 2 was devoted to “Prevention of Self-Destructive Behavior, Team Building, Stress Management.” Students learned methods of strengthening emotional resilience, stress management techniques, and took part in interactive exercises aimed at developing teamwork skills.

On September 15, 2025, at Dormitory No. 2 (110 Maulenov Street), the series of events continued, focusing on leadership development and the prevention of self-destructive behavior.

Outcome: students gained valuable knowledge and skills that will help strengthen psychological resilience, develop leadership qualities, and contribute to creating a healthy student environment.
