On April 26, 2026, first-year students, accompanied by Sabira Imanbayeva, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Physical Education, visited the G. Musrepov Kazakh State Academic Theatre for Children and Youth to attend the play “My Poplar in a Red Scarf.”

The dramatic production, based on the work of the great writer Chingiz Aitmatov, explores the theme of love—a value that remains timeless and vital for humanity throughout all eras. The performance left a profound impression on the students: they witnessed the lives of characters whose feelings and honor were put to the test, and whose “bird of happiness” had taken flight. They were deeply moved by the portrayal of the poignant, lingering love hidden in the depths of the human heart.

Organized within the framework of SDG 4 “Quality Education,” this event aimed to revitalize the moral and spiritual values of the youth. Such cultural and educational activities help students bridge theoretical knowledge gained in “Culturology” and “Sociology” with practical experience, while fostering a deeper interest in the art of theater.
