In honor of International Earth Day (April 22), students of Group 68, led by Senior Lecturer Farida Sarsenbaeva, organized an engaging environmental event titled “Save the Planet.”
Students formed four specialized teams—Forest, Ocean, Humans, and Animals—to discuss and defend strategies for global sustainability. The key topics included:
-
Human impact on nature and environmental degradation;
-
Innovative solutions for protecting natural habitats;
-
Practical steps for individuals to help the planet.
Through interactive activities like the “Who am I?” challenge and emoji rebus games, students demonstrated high environmental awareness and critical thinking. This event directly contributes to the Global Goals: SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 14 (Life Below Water), and SDG 15 (Life on Land).
