On October 29, 2025, ALT University named after M. Tynyshpaev hosted an event for students on the prevention of sexually transmitted infections. The event was organized by D.R. Shabdenova, Head of the Office of Inclusive Education and Mental Health, together with Zh.S. Zhetibaeva, Head of the Youth Health Center AQ JOL at Almaty City Clinical Polyclinic No. 7, and volunteers from KazNMU named after Asfendiyarov.
During the seminar, participants received important information on the transmission and prevention of sexually transmitted infections. Students reinforced their knowledge through an interactive quiz format, making the event engaging and effective.
This event is held within the framework of cooperation and an existing memorandum between our institutions.
