ALT University, Student Dormitory №4
As part of SDG 3 – “Good Health and Well-being”, the Office of Inclusive Education and Mental Health of ALT University held a seminar-training on “Family Values and Harmonious Relationships.”
Speakers:
Dariya Rakhimalievna Shabdenova – Head of the Office of Inclusive Education and Mental Health, Psychologist;
Nurhan Amanzholuly Qapar – Consulting Psychologist.
The seminar-training was attended by 45 first-year students living in Student Dormitory №4.
During the training, students:
learned about the importance of family values in a person’s life;
developed skills of mutual respect and trusting communication;
explored ways to understand and express emotions appropriately;
discussed the importance of responsibility and support in relationships;
completed practical exercises aimed at developing mutual understanding and psychological well-being.
At the end of the seminar, Dariya Rakhimalievna Shabdenova and Nurhan Amanzholuly Qapar conducted drawing tests and projective activities, helping students better understand their emotions and inner resources.
A strong family builds a strong personality, while psychological well-being is an important foundation for a happy life.
