On January 21, the opening of the Kazakhstan National Pavilion took place in London. The pavilion was organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As part of the Kazakhstani delegation, ALT University participated among nine leading universities, representing Kazakhstan at one of the world’s largest platforms in the field of educational technologies — Bett UK 2026 – Leading EdTech.

The pavilion showcased key areas of development in higher and postgraduate education, including the digitalization of educational processes, the implementation of artificial intelligence–based solutions, the advancement of science, and the expansion of international academic cooperation. Kazakhstani universities presented their educational programs and research potential.

Within the framework of Bett Show 2026, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sayasat Nurbek, together with the Kazakhstani delegation, held a series of working meetings with representatives of leading global technology companies such as Lenovo, Intel, Microsoft, and Google. Representatives of ALT University took part in negotiations with Microsoft, where discussions focused on the implementation of modern digital solutions and educational platforms in Kazakhstan’s higher education system, the development of digital competencies among students and faculty, the training of qualified professionals for high-tech industries, and the modernization of educational infrastructure.

Opportunities for joint projects between Kazakhstani universities and international companies were also explored, including the integration of artificial intelligence tools into educational and research processes, the development of digital ecosystems within universities, and support for startup initiatives.

ALT University’s participation in Bett UK 2026 highlights the university’s strategic commitment to the development of digital education, the adoption of innovative solutions, and the strengthening of international cooperation.
