On December 12, 2025, the final defense of case projects on Telegram chatbot development was held within the framework of the Artificial Intelligence course.
The event aimed to develop students’ practical skills in designing and implementing Telegram chatbots using artificial intelligence platforms. The competition was organized by A.A. Kairzhanova, lecturer of the ICT Department.
The contest was conducted among fourth-year students of the “IT Power Engineering” educational program. During the project defense, participants demonstrated a high level of practical application of artificial intelligence technologies.
As part of the case assignments, students developed Telegram chatbots using the Python programming language. A total of 13 projects were presented. Students worked in teams, with clearly assigned professional roles. Each participant responsibly and systematically fulfilled their assigned tasks.
Teams operated under the following roles: Product Manager, Analyst, System Administrator (SysAdmin), Developer, Designer. Project management and planning were carried out using the Trello platform.
According to the competition results, 1st place was awarded to the ALT DESK team.
