As part of the VII Eurasian Forum on Transport Safety and Digitalization, the strengthening of the strategic partnership with NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, and the celebration of the 95th anniversary of Mukhametzhan Tynyshbayev ALT University, Arman Srazhadinovich Bubikanov, Executive Director for Operations at the Directorate of the Main Railway Network, a branch of NC KTZ JSC, delivered a guest lecture to ALT University students.
The guest lecture focused on «The Advantages of Geodetic Practice and Dual Education».
The speaker explained the role of geodetic practice in training railway engineers, the specific features of dual education at KTZ, and professional development opportunities within the Directorate of the Main Railway Network.
Particular attention was paid to the benefits of early exposure to operational processes. Dual education enables students to apply their knowledge in practice, master modern technologies, and begin their professional careers while still studying.
During the open dialogue, students asked the expert questions about practical training, employer requirements, and employment prospects at KTZ.
