On October 17, 2025, a guest lecture was held at the Institute of Logistics and Business at ALT University with the support of the Department of Transport Services and Business.
The speakers were experts from JSC “NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” — Almaty Mainline Network Branch:

Eldar Kapsalaev, Deputy Head of the Intergovernmental Junctions Department;
Ildar Khalitov, Head of the Intergovernmental Junctions Department.
Lecture topic: “Organization of Operational Personnel Work in Railway Transport.”
During the session, the speakers highlighted key aspects of operational management in railway transport, the interaction of structural divisions, the role of intergovernmental junctions in ensuring uninterrupted train movement, and presented real practical cases from operational services.
The guest lecture helped students expand their professional knowledge, gain up-to-date industry insights, and engage directly with specialists working in the railway sector.
