On December 25, 2025, a guest lecture titled “Working in an Overseas Big Tech Company” was held with the participation of Beisenghan Beigut, a senior engineer at Huawei and a Northern ICPC finalist.
During the lecture, the speaker shared with the students his practical experience working at Huawei, spoke in detail about the stages of selection and interviewing for foreign Big Tech companies, and outlined the key knowledge and skills necessary for successful employment. Special attention was paid to requirements for technical preparation, algorithmic thinking, English proficiency, and participation in international Olympiads and competitions such as ICPC.
Students showed strong interest in the topic, actively asked questions, and received detailed answers. At the end of the meeting, the guest presented commemorative gifts to the students who were most active in the discussion.
The lecture attracted significant interest among students and proved valuable in terms of career guidance and the formation of professional goals in the field of information technology.
