A Kazakh proverb says: “Rather than seek healing from an illness, it is better to find a way not to get sick.” On May 31, a “Health Day” was held at M. Tynyshpaev ALT University, which was attended by more than 100 faculty and staff. The event began with a light warm-up and continued with interesting outdoor games. The “Weekend” in the middle of the working day left positive emotions among the university staff. The participants of the sports event will look forward to similar actions in the future.
