The first event of the newly created fund was organized in the village of Kargaly at the initiative of its head Yesimkhanov Sayat Zhanatbekovich 19.04.2026. The significant event began with a ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to the statesman and a tribute to his spirit. As part of the event, a school museum was presented and an educational conference was held. It widely discussed the life path of Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev, his socio-political activities and scientific works.
The event was attended by akim of the Sarkand region Mamanbaev Galymzhan Kanatovich, granddaughter of Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpaeva Elena Iskendirovna, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Economics, Professor Aryn Yerlan Mukhtarovich, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor KazNU them. Al-Farabi Zhugenbaeva Gulbanu Salamadinovna, candidate of technical sciences, Head of the Rolling Stock Department of ALT University named after M. Tynyshpaev Ashirbaev Galymzhan Kozhakhatovich – member of the Foundation, as well as representatives of the intelligentsia and public activists.
At the end of the event, a memorial reading of the Koran was performed at a local mosque. This initiative is the beginning of systematic work to promote the heritage of a historical person, promote national values and educate the younger generation.”
The Foundation works closely with educational institutions and directs its activities to the preservation of historical heritage, educational work with students and advanced training.

The Foundation is engaged in perpetuating the memory of Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev, the first Kazakh railway engineer, and preserving his scientific and engineering heritage.
SDG 17: Partnership for Sustainable Development – manifested through the foundation’s engagement with universities, public archives and international organizations to pursue joint research and social projects.
