On May 13, 2026, as part of the “Service to Society” course, a meeting was organized for teachers and students of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies with the participation of a university psychologist on the topic «Improving Students’ Emotional Well-being and Academic Motivation Before Exams.»

The main goal of the event was to strengthen students’ psychological readiness during the exam period, reduce stress levels, and enhance academic motivation.

Students received practical recommendations on effective time management, self-regulation, maintaining emotional stability, and developing a positive attitude toward the learning process. In addition, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques were demonstrated, and interactive activities were conducted with participants.

The meeting was held in an open dialogue format, allowing students to ask questions and receive useful advice. The event had a positive impact on supporting students’ psychological well-being and helping them successfully pass the exam period.
