On April 28–29, 2025, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Architecture, Construction, and Design” was held at the ACADEMY OF CONSTRUCTION, ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN of the CASPIAN PUBLIC UNIVERSITY in Almaty. For participation in Section 1 – “Traditions and Innovations in Construction” – students from the 1st and 3rd years (12 in total) were prepared by the head of the student scientific club “Transport Structures” from the M.Tynyshpaev ALT University, Department of Architectural and Structural Engineering: Ph.D. (Russia), Ph.D. (Kazakhstan Ministry of Science and Higher Education), Associate Professor Bondar I.S. The students delivered presentations on the following topics:
– “Methodology for students studying the stress-strain state of models of span structures in laboratory conditions”;
– “Evaluation of the effectiveness of cast asphalt in road surface repair under conditions of high traffic load”;
– “Experimental studies of dynamic properties of soils of railroad embankments”;
– “Nanotechnologies in thermal insulation of heat-conducting pipes”;
– “Nanotechnologies in road construction in the Republic of Kazakhstan: Review and prospects”;
– “Ensuring fire safety in high-rise buildings”;
– “Seismic isolators and damping devices for buildings, bridges, and interchanges in seismic areas”; and others.
