On September 7, 2026, a meaningful meeting with students was held at Student Residence No. 4 as part of the “Law and Order” campaign. The meeting was aimed at increasing students’ legal awareness, promoting a culture of safe behavior, and preventing offenses among young people.
The event was attended by Timur Yeltaevich Nogaibayev, Head of the Public Security Department of the Almaty City Police Department, and Aitan Zhanamanovich Eleusizov, Deputy Head of the Public Security Department of the Almaty City Police Department. During the meeting, representatives of the law enforcement authorities engaged in an open dialogue with students and answered their questions.
The discussion focused on legal responsibility, maintaining public order, crime and offense prevention, youth safety, and compliance with the law. The representatives of the law enforcement authorities explained various legal situations that students may encounter in everyday life and emphasized the importance of knowing one’s rights and responsibilities as a citizen.
Particular attention was paid to personal safety and responsible behavior in society. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive professional guidance from the invited specialists.
Such meetings contribute not only to enhancing the legal culture of young people, but also to fostering a conscious attitude toward the law, personal responsibility for safety, and a deeper understanding of the importance of maintaining order in society.

Respecting the law means contributing to the safety of society.
Upholding law and order is a shared responsibility of every citizen.
