On April 8, 2025, Professor of the Department of Transportation and Logistics, E.E. Karsybaev, conducted a master class on the practical application of innovative teaching methods, titled “Business Game.” The scenario and plan for the business game “Kazakhstan – A Transport and Logistics Hub in Eurasia” were fully developed using AI Gemini Ai.
The purpose of the business game was to provide students with practical insights into the problems and prospects related to the development and utilization of Kazakhstan’s transport and logistics potential. The interactive teaching method used was an adaptation of the discussion-based card game “Bunker.”
The business game was organized within the following concept: Two teams represented the key stakeholders in Kazakhstan’s transport and logistics industry. The game took place over several rounds. At the beginning of each round, a “Conditions” or “Events” card was revealed, representing various factors influencing the development of Kazakhstan’s transport and logistics sector. After familiarizing themselves with the event, each team actively discussed the situation and used their knowledge to respond to the emerging conditions.
