The Department of Transport Construction held a master class on the topic “The Impact of Industrial Practice on the Educational Process and Professional Development.” Speakers: Ablyazova A.M., Ashimkhan N.M., Kenzhebekova A.A.
During the presentation, issues such as professional and personal development, benefits for all participants in the process, and the necessity of regularly conducting practical training were discussed. During their practice, students were able to observe in real conditions what they had previously studied in classrooms: the structure of the railway track, the principles of railway track maintenance operations, and the specifics of survey work. There was a transition from abstract learning to an awareness of responsibility for work results, as well as adherence to safety regulations and discipline.
The joint work of faculty members, students, and enterprises contributes to strengthening cooperation and increasing mutual trust.
