On September 30, 2025, ALT University hosted a meeting organized by the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and Physical Education. The distinguished guests were Mr. Askar Dauletuly Tynyshbaev, the grandson of Mukhamedzhan Tynyshbaev, and Ms. Nurshaken, President of the Tynyshbaev Foundation.The meeting was moderated by Associate Professor, PhD in History, Gaukhar Sagyndykkyzy Shamshieva, who introduced the guests. In his speech, Mr. Askar Dauletuly shared insights into the life and legacy of his grandfather, highlighting his significant role in the construction of the Turkestan–Siberian Railway and his contribution as a renowned engineer in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Ms. Nurshaken spoke about the publication of historical books and the release of several films dedicated to M. Tynyshbaev. At the end of the event, the university expressed its gratitude to the honored guests and presented them with commemorative gifts.
