Effective implementation of the educational process requires not only high-quality delivery of learning materials but also clear organization of students’ work. One of the modern approaches is teamwork, in which students complete tasks collaboratively, while the instructor monitors the progress of each team through regular reports and assignment submissions.
This case demonstrates how such an approach was applied in practice within the course “Development of 3D Terrain Models for Land Management and Cadastre Purposes” for second-year students of the Educational Program “Cadastre and Urban Planning.”
Teamwork increases students’ motivation and sense of responsibility; clear planning and interim reports help to avoid shortcomings; feedback after assignment submission fosters critical thinking and self-assessment skills; and the use of digital platforms facilitates communication and effective monitoring of the learning process.
