On May 30, 2025, a Letter of Intent was signed between Mukhametzhan Tynyshbayev ALT University and the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI). The ALT University delegation was led by the University’s Shareholder, Gulzana Serikova.
MTUCI is one of Russia’s leading universities in the field of telecommunications and digital technologies. During the meeting, the parties discussed key areas of cooperation, including the development of joint educational programs in ICT, academic mobility, and research initiatives.
Both institutions expressed mutual interest in collaborating to train highly qualified IT professionals, exchange faculty, and co-develop digital solutions. This partnership with MTUCI marks a significant step forward in expanding ALT University’s capabilities in the field of information technology.
