On December 25, 2025, the “General Engineering” Department organized a subject Olympiad in “Physics” and “Mathematics” for first-year students. The main goal of the Olympiad was to develop students’ scientific thinking, deepen their theoretical knowledge, and increase interest in the subjects.
Active students from the specialties of “Transport Construction”, “Rolling Stock Engineering”, “Mechanical Engineering”, and “Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications” took part in the event. They demonstrated their knowledge by solving complex problems and logical tasks. During the Olympiad, participants showed a high level of preparation, logical reasoning, and subject literacy.
The jury evaluated the answers and selected the best students. Winners and prize-winners were awarded certificates of appreciation and diplomas. This Olympiad became an important step in encouraging students’ interest in science and future participation in various research projects.
