On January 28, 2026, within the framework of the Day of Practical Psychology, the following activities were held:

a psychological screening and meeting with UIB psychology graduates: “How to Tune Yourself to a Positive Mindset”;

exam preparation training: “ALT Talks: Exam Confidence is Real”;

preventive training: “Live in Resource: How to Cope with Negativity without Self-Destruction.”
Goals (SDG 3 — Good Health and Well-Being): promoting the mental well-being of students and academic staff; prevention of stress and anxiety; early identification of emotional difficulties; strengthening self-regulation skills during the exam period.
Participants: 80 participants (students and faculty); 36 psychologists (including UIB graduates); no at-risk students were identified.
