As part of the implementation of SDG 17, “Partnership in the framework of sustainable development ” Professor A.S. Abdiraiymova of the Department of “Social and Human Resources” took part in a training seminar held from September 22 to 26, 2026, with the participation of international UNESCO facilitators. The seminar focused on the protection and preservation of intangible cultural heritage.
The seminar was organized by the “Kazakhstan Institute of Public Development” in Astana, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the event, participants discussed current issues related to the preservation of traditions, customs, knowledge, and skills passed down from generation to generation. They also shared their experiences and practical approaches in this field.
Participation in the seminar provided an important platform for professional exchange, strengthening cooperation, and further advancing efforts to preserve and promote intangible cultural heritage.
