On January 21, 2026, the Language Education Department held an educational and cultural event titled “Traditions of the Kazakh People — A Treasure of Centuries” as part of the National Day celebrations, aimed at promoting the cultural heritage of the Kazakh people.
Faculty members and students dressed in traditional national costumes presented Kazakh hospitality traditions, tea ceremonies, and national dishes, and also took part in quizzes dedicated to ancestral heritage. The event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere and contributed to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goal “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions”, promoting a culture of peace and spiritual and moral values.
