Within the framework of SDG 3 “Good Health and Well-Being,” on May 14, 2026, a seminar-training titled “Effective Communication of Security Service Staff: Psychological Aspects of Interaction” was organized and conducted at the university coworking center.
The event was attended by security service employees, concierges, and dormitory supervisors of the Main Academic Building and Student Houses No. 2–4, with a total of 20 participants.
During the seminar, methods such as sharing sessions, interviews, conversations, dialogue, and metaphorical associative cards (MAC cards) were used. Participants underwent express diagnostics, identified the causes of communication difficulties, and took part in exercises aimed at team cohesion, development of effective interaction, and improvement of psychological communication culture.
The discussion covered issues related to youth upbringing, observance of etiquette standards, students’ behavioral culture, as well as the specifics of constructive interaction between staff and students in both conflict and everyday situations. Participants voiced recommendations and proposals aimed at strengthening discipline, preventing conflicts, and creating a positive psychological climate at the university.
Assistance in organizing the event was provided by the Head of the University Security Service, Samat Zeynullayev.
Following the meeting, participants expressed their gratitude to psychologist-trainers Gulnar Sovetbekkyzy and Dariya Rakhimalievna Shabdenova for their informative, practice-oriented, and highly relevant work.
