Baurzhan Beglerov, a student of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies at the Institute of Energy and Digital Technologies, is undergoing professional training within the framework of dual education at the partner enterprise, Bereke Bank JSC.
Currently, Baurzhan Beglerov works as a Middle ML&AI Engineer in the bank’s AI development department, where he participates in the development and implementation of intelligent systems aimed at automating banking processes. His responsibilities include software development, training AI models, data analysis, algorithm optimization, and participation in team-based IT projects.
This cooperation is being implemented within the framework of SDG 17 “Partnerships for the Goals” and serves as an example of effective collaboration between ALT University JSC and Bereke Bank JSC in training highly demanded IT specialists.
According to his mentor, Kanykei Tynybekova, Baurzhan Beglerov has proven himself to be a competent and promising specialist who quickly understands assigned tasks and efficiently finds effective solutions.
Dual education enables students to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice and gain valuable professional experience. In the future, it is planned to expand cooperation with Bereke Bank JSC and involve students of the Information and Communication Technologies educational program in internships and practical training.
