As part of Sustainable Development Goal No. 9, which focuses on building resilient infrastructure, promoting inclusive industrialization, and fostering innovation, the Department of Radio Engineering and Telecommunications organized a meeting between students and representatives of “Optical Technologies” LLP on March 16, 2026.
“Optical Technologies” LLP is a leading provider and integrator of advanced technological solutions in telecommunications, energy, and industrial automation. The company successfully implements projects across Kazakhstan and Central Asia, serving as an official distributor for global leaders such as Anritsu Corporation, Sumitomo Electric, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Rohde & Schwarz, and Fluke Corporation.
The primary goal of the event was to strengthen the partnership between the university and industrial enterprises, facilitate the exchange of practical expertise, and expand opportunities for student internships and future employment.
During the meeting, company specialists presented modern solutions in optical technologies, discussed the practical applications of fiber-optic communication systems, and outlined key trends and future prospects in the telecommunications industry.
