On December 10, ALT University held a seminar titled “SDGs as a Tool for Enhancing University Sustainability and Competitiveness.” The event was organized by the instructors of the Life Safety Cycle of the ATS and Life Safety Department.
The purpose of the seminar was to help faculty members who are not environmental specialists gain a deeper understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals, their importance in modern education, and how SDGs contribute to strengthening the university’s competitiveness at the national and international levels.
Participants were introduced to key approaches, international best practices for integrating SDGs, and discussions were held on how sustainability and the ESG agenda impact the development of educational programs, research activities, and the university’s strategic direction.
The seminar took place in an atmosphere of professional interest and active engagement.
