On March 7, 2025, Assistant Professor Kasymova D.T. and Senior Lecturer Omirbekova Z.M. of the ICT Department held a seminar on the topic “Implementation of Digital and Innovative Technologies: Big Data, AI, IoT, etc. in the Educational Process”.
The seminar covered key aspects of the digital transformation of education:
- Digital transformation of education: technologies of the future in the educational process – modern trends and prospects for the introduction of digital tools in educational activities.
- The current state of digitalization of education – analysis of existing practices, digital solutions and their impact on the effectiveness of learning.
- Big Data in the educational space – the use of big data to personalize learning, monitor academic performance and improve the quality of education.
- Artificial intelligence in education – the use of AI technologies for adaptive learning, automated testing and intelligent support of students.
- Internet of Things (IoT) in the educational environment – prospects for integrating IoT devices into the educational process, creating smart classrooms and laboratories.
- Preparing teachers for the digital environment – increasing the digital competence of teachers, adapting pedagogical methods to modern realities.
The seminar was held in the format of an open discussion, during which the participants discussed current issues of digitalization of education, exchanged opinions and shared successful cases of implementing innovative technologies.
