In order to share knowledge and experience, create an environment for professional growth of teachers, as well as improve the quality of the educational process at the university, a week of open classes using innovative teaching methods is organized at each department according to the schedule.
So, in the period from November 2 to November 8, within the framework of the above-mentioned week, each teacher of the department of «Energy» held an open lesson, which all employees and teachers of the university could attend.
This format provided an opportunity for everyone to get acquainted with the methods and approaches used by colleagues, as well as to discuss best practices and innovations in teaching. The presence of colleagues in the classroom created an atmosphere of professional exchange and interaction, contributing to improving the quality of the educational process and enriching the experience of teachers.
