ALT University hosted a guest lecture by BI Group Project Director Batyrzhan Abzal titled «Step into a Career with BI Group.» The session aimed to introduce students to one of Kazakhstan’s largest construction companies and the career opportunities it offers to young professionals.
At the beginning of the lecture, Batyrzhan Abzal spoke about the history and structure of BI Group, highlighting its key areas of activity, corporate culture, and the values that have helped the company maintain its leadership position in the industry.
The speaker paid special attention to the company’s completed and ongoing projects. He presented several major initiatives that have been successfully implemented in recent years, as well as current projects, giving students insight into the scale and complexity of BI Group’s work.
Batyrzhan Abzal also shared his professional experience, discussing career growth opportunities, internships, and the qualities the company looks for in young specialists.
At the end of the session, BI Group representatives held a short reflection activity. Students received cards on which they were asked to write a number from 1 to 100. A small prize draw was held based on these numbers, and the winners received branded corporate gifts from the company.
The guest lecture created a warm and engaging atmosphere, sparked genuine interest among students, and became an important step in strengthening the partnership between ALT University and BI Group.
