From 05.05.2026, 2026, a series of psychological training sessions were organized at the university under the theme:
“Confidence, Motivation, Success: A Step Toward a New Self”, along with trainings focused on conflict management, stress regulation, and aggression control.
The trainings were conducted by the Head of the Office of Inclusive Education and Mental Health, Dariya Shabdenova, together with clinical psychologist Dina Kakimbekkyzy (Nur Lab Medical Clinic).
These activities were implemented within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aiming to enhance students’ psychological well-being and personal development.
During the trainings, students:
- developed practical self-regulation and stress management skills
- learned effective communication and conflict resolution strategies
- increased their self-confidence and intrinsic motivation
Modern psychological tools were applied, including:
transformational games, metaphorical associative cards (MAC), mind mapping techniques, and interactive learning methods.
