On May 28, 2025, as part of a working visit to Moscow, a delegation from Mukhametzhan Tynyshbayev ALT University, led by the University’s Founder Gulzana Serikova, held an official meeting with the leadership of the Russian University of Transport (RUT).
The delegation also included Chairman of the Board of Directors Arslan Seriktegi, Vice-Rector for Corporate and Social Development Andrey Ivanov, and Head of the Marketing and PR Office Rinat Kalikanov.
During the visit, a campus tour was organized, during which the university representatives were introduced to RUT’s material and technical infrastructure.
A key outcome of the meeting was the signing of a Protocol of Intent, which outlined the mutual commitment to develop cooperation in the field of academic mobility and the implementation of joint educational programs, including dual and triple degree programs.
The signed agreement represents an important step toward the integration of the educational systems of the two countries and opens broad opportunities for knowledge exchange, joint scientific research, and innovative development.
